Fixed conclient so that it puts the terminal into raw mode. Removed cases where
consolidate will quit on errors not related to a child process or terminal.
Added UUCP locking. Added consolidatemgrd daemon. Added saved settings file.

Fixed bug which meant that /bin/sh -c was always executed, even when a terminal
was specified. Fixed bug which send bell character to tty, not client, on bad
