Originally from Rhayader in mid-Wales, I live on a narrowboat in Cambridge, am in the penultimate year of a BSc (Hons) Life Sciences at the Open University, and work as a Computer Officer at Cambridge University Careers Service. In July 2008 I will be moving to the Bahn Laboratory at the Institute of Biotechnology, to take up a summer research studentship there.
I am engaged to Tom Lynn. Tom maintains the Cambridge and East Anglia Python User's Group wiki, but is a bit embarrassed about his own website.
My livejournal is updated as often as annually. Other things I do include riding, dancing and drinking a great deal of tea.
