tfinger: perl finger daemon and client

tfingerd was written as a privacy-concious replacement for the standard finger daemon, allowing the user to control what information is given out to finger requests. Information will only be given out for users with a ".finger" file in their home directory.

tfinger was written to avoid the confusion caused by the fact that the standard finger client does not use a finger server for local requests. This is confusing for users trying to test what infomation will be available to finger requests.
